On June 25, 2008, Willa Alexsandra Fischer passed away surrounded by her loving family just shy of her fourth birthday, and after a yearlong battle with cancer.
She was a princess, and she ruled her magical domain with a light hand. Her sweet angelic voice, active imagination, playful nature, and radiant smile revealed her inner happiness and warmed the hearts of all who knew her. She displayed courage and zest for life throughout her illness that offers important lessons for us all. She was a beautiful and playful child who was cherished by her family and friends. Her absence will be forever felt.
Raised dollars directly support Coloradans with cancer who are having trouble with the basics, while they go through the trials of treatment. $250 helps pay for the gas, $500 helps pay for groceries, and $1,000 provides rent or mortgage relief for a month.
