The Ink Inertia Tattoo Prom was created out of the love and loss of a dear friend, Brent Sauerhagen from colon cancer. Brent's close friends, fellow tattoo artists, and owners of Ink Inertia, Joel Hart and Phil Myers walked with Brent throughout his 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. His wish was for the group was to continue to remember his life and support the Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation, which did so much to help him and his family during one of the most trying times of their lives.
Brent was empowered by Ray of Hope's belief that no one should have to choose between receiving cancer treatment or paying for their basic needs like housing, transportation, utilities and food.
In 2023, Ray of Hope provided over $85,000 in financial assistance to Colorado Springs cancer patients.
For decades, Ent has contributed millions of dollars to support communities across Colorado as part of our mission to improve our members’ financial quality of life.
